Currency: Select the currency that your business will utilize from the options provided.

Currency symbol: Irrespective of the currency selected, individuals have the freedom to utilize any currency symbol of their preference.

Currency format: The currency format can be customized according to your preferences. There exist four distinct types of currency formats available for selection.

  •  RM100
  •  RM 100
  •  100RM
  •  100 RM

Price number format: These settings allow you to define the format of the Price number. There are four different formats available for selection.

  •  45 000.00
  •  45,000.00
  •  45 000,00
  •  45.000,00

Price number of decimals: You can choose how much to round the price beyond the decimal point.

How long to wait for payment: On occasion, customers may encounter difficulties with their payment. This functionality allows for a solution in which, in the event that a customer is unable to make a payment for any reason, the system will reserve the chosen timeslot for a specified period of time. If the customer is unable to complete the payment within this timeframe, the timeslot will become available once again, allowing other customers to schedule appointments during that time.

Customers can pay the full amount: By utilizing the deposit payments feature, your clientele can conveniently reserve services by simply paying the deposit fee. Nevertheless, upon enabling this option, your customers have the flexibility to pay the full-service fee along with the deposit fee, should they desire to do so.

Successful and failed payment booking status: Once the customer’s waiting time is up, the system is required to make a decision regarding the appointment status. This decision is based on whether the payment was successful or unsuccessful, as per the selected setting, and is automatically determined by the system.
