3.2. Users are responsible for selecting the desired providers, appointment times, locations, and services. Any changes or cancellations must be made in accordance with the scheduler’s cancellation policy, if applicable.
4. Payment and Fees
4.1. Scheduler or service provider may charge fees for certain bookings or services. Users agree to pay all fees associated with their bookings in accordance with their payment terms.
4.2. e-Janji, scheduler or service provider reserves the right to change its pricing and fee structure at any time. Any such changes will be posted on our website.
5. Privacy
5.1. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. User Conduct
6.1. Users must not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its users. This includes but is not limited to, hacking, phishing, spamming, or any illegal activities.
