Customer dashboard

Customer dashboard

The Customer Dashboard provides your customers with the ability to effortlessly manage their appointments or make any necessary modifications. With the customer dashboard, your valued customers can conveniently create and update their profiles as well.

In this particular section, you have the ability to grant your customers certain privileges regarding their accounts. These privileges encompass the following options:

New customer notifications

In order to notify new customers, we need to set up a workflow. To get started, create a new workflow and specify the “New customer created” event, as well as the notification action you prefer. The system will automatically generate a random password and send it to the customer via notifications.

Workflow new customer

Ensure that you include the appropriate keywords in your notification template, designate the Customer for the “To” section, and proceed to click on the Save button.

Workflow customer email

Therefore, when an unregistered customer schedules an appointment on your website, a randomly generated password will be created and delivered to the customer through notifications. Clients can utilize the customer dashboard to modify their passwords and handle their scheduled meetings.

It is important to consider that since the email address of your customers will also serve as their username, it is necessary to ensure that the email address field (Settings > Booking Steps > Information) is mandatory in order to properly configure your customer dashboard.
