Custom Appointment Statuses

You have the flexibility to modify or entirely remove the default appointment statuses. Previously, there were four default appointment statuses, which did not always cater to the diverse requirements of various business types. However, now you have the opportunity to tailor the appointment statuses to better suit your needs.
You have the ability to conveniently monitor the advancement of your appointments by establishing various statuses like “Pending Payment,” “In Progress,” or “Completed.” This feature enables you to effortlessly determine the current status of each appointment and promptly respond accordingly, if necessary.
Furthermore, custom appointment statuses can be utilized to enhance communication with clients. For instance, a status like “Awaiting Client Response” can be established to inform clients that their input is required before proceeding with the appointment. This practice fosters effective communication and has the potential to enhance client satisfaction.
In addition, it is possible to personalize the icons and colors associated with your appointment statuses, thereby facilitating their recognition and comprehension. You have the option to decide whether a personalized status will take up a specific time slot on your calendar by selecting the “Mark as busy slot” checkbox. This functionality proves beneficial in indicating your unavailability for other appointments or bookings.
