Giftcards can be generated and distributed to customers via e-Janji, enabling them to enjoy its benefits. Each Giftcard corresponds to a specific monetary value, and when customers utilize these cards while scheduling appointments, the payment will be deducted from the balance available on the gift card.

Code: The code provided in this section will act as the exclusive identifier for the Gift card. It is crucial that this code is given to only one customer. When the customer uses this code, the service fee will be subtracted from the balance of the Gift card.

Amount: The balance of the Giftcard will be determined by the amount you specify in this field.

Location filter: This Gift card will only be valid for services in the selected location if you choose a specific location here.

Services filter: Selecting a particular service from this platform will restrict the usage of the Gift card exclusively to that chosen service.

Staff filter: This Gift card will exclusively be valid for the services of the selected staff member if you opt for a specific staff here.

It is also feasible to access the utilization record of the gift card. Consequently, one can observe the individuals who utilized the gift card for specific appointments.
