General Settings
Time slot length
By utilizing this feature, you have the ability to establish the standard duration of each time slot. In essence, this means that if you set the time slot length to 30 minutes, clients will only be able to view available times in 30-minute increments, such as 10:30 am, 11:00 am, 11:30 am, 12:00 pm, 12:30 pm, and so on, when scheduling a new appointment.
The default value serves as the standard value. It can be utilized as a point of reference when adding the Service or selecting a specific Timeslot.
Set slot length as service duration
Enabling this option will cause the Time slot length setting to take precedence, resulting in the slot length being equivalent to the duration of the service. For example, if the service duration is 1 hour, customers will be able to select time slots at 1-hour intervals, such as 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 12:00 pm, 1:00 pm, and so on.
Minimum time requirement prior to booking
By using this feature, you can enable your customers to make advance bookings with sufficient time. For instance, if you want your clients to reserve at least one day before their preferred date, you can choose the “1 day” option. If you don’t need this feature, it can be easily deactivated.
Limited booking days
This feature allows you to set a limit on how far in advance your customers can make reservations. For example, if you set it to 90 days, your clients won’t be able to book appointments beyond that timeframe.
Week starts on
The commencement of the week varies across different states, with some beginning on Sunday while others on Monday. It is possible to modify the starting day of the week on your calendar to align with the customs and preferences of your states.
Date format
Depending on the organization, the format of dates can differ, enabling users to personalize the date format to suit their needs.
Time format
The time format can be adjusted to either 24 hours or 12 hours.
Default appointment status
When a customer makes a new booking, it is possible to display the default value in this section. If it is necessary for managers to confirm and provide further information regarding the booking after customers have made it, the Pending status can be chosen in this setting. Consequently, when a customer adds a new booking, it will be directed to the Dashboard. Subsequently, once the manager has specified the details, the appointment will either be approved or rejected.
Show timeslots in client time-zone
Upon utilizing this feature, your customers will be presented with your operational hours tailored to their individual time zones. This functionality grants you the ability to provide services globally.
Flexible Timeslots
With flexible timeslots, your service can adapt to accommodate appointments that only take 10 minutes. Instead of reserving the entire hour timeslot, the system will create new timeslots starting from 9:40 and adjust the available durations accordingly. For example, the new timeslots would be 10:40 – 11:40, 11:40 – 12:40, and so on.
Link expire
For the ‘Change appointment status via the link‘ feature, you have the option to set the expiration rule for the link. There are two available options:
- After Link Created: With this rule, the link will expire after it has been generated. Once the link is created, it can only be used to change the status of the appointment until a certain period of time, as specified by your settings.
- Before Appointment Date: This rule allows the link to remain active until a specific time before the scheduled appointment. It provides flexibility for customers to change the status of their appointment within a designated time-frame leading up to the appointment date.
You can choose the most suitable expiration rule based on your preferences and requirements
Allow admins to book appointments outside working hours
Enabling this functionality allows you to schedule an appointment on any day of your choosing, even outside of your regular working hours, when manually creating an appointment through your admin dashboard.
Only registered users can book
The booking panel on your site can only be accessed by users who have logged in. In case the feature is enabled, users who have not logged in will not be able to view or use the booking panel. Instead, they will be redirected to the login page upon entering the page with the booking panel.
