Breaks & Days-off
Undoubtedly, work is a crucial aspect of life, and it is imperative for every individual to work diligently and contribute to society. However, it is equally important to take a break and rest. This functionality allows you to designate specific hours or days as non-working days. For instance, you can allocate an hour for meals each day and utilize this feature to schedule a break during this time, ensuring that it is not visible to your clients on the booking panel.
In the service settings of the Timesheets section, you have the option to specify your weekly working hours for that particular service. You can also allocate specific hours as break hours within your working schedule. It is important to note that when a customer makes a booking, the break hours you have designated will not be displayed on the booking panel.
Day-off
On certain occasions, you may have scheduled days off when you prefer not to engage in work activities. In order to accommodate this, you have the option to utilize a feature that allows you to conceal these specific days within the booking panel. By configuring your designated days off, they will be displayed as occupied on the booking panel interface.
Special days
If any member of the staff desires to work during holidays or days off, or if you wish to provide a particular service to customers on such occasions for your business, you have the option to designate these days as special in advance. Consequently, this service or staff member will be displayed as available on your booking panel.
