Operating hours

Operating hours setting

There are three segments in which working hours are divided. The order of precedence for these three working hour settings is as follows:

  1. Staff
  2. Service
  3. Business

Irrespective of the service and business working hours, the staff’s working hours will determine the timeslots displayed.

Staff schedule

If the staff does not have set working hours, but the service and business do have set working hours, the timeslots will be displayed based on the service working hours.

Services time-sheet

In the event that the working hours are not established for either the staff or the service, the timeslots will be displayed in accordance with the operating hours. It is important to note that the working hours settings for the service, staff, and business are identical. The only distinction lies in determining which one takes precedence.

The working hours are determined on a weekly basis, allowing you to designate a particular day of the week as your day-off. By selecting a day-off, it will be marked as unavailable on the booking panel, thereby preventing any appointments from being scheduled on that day. Consequently, you will not be able to accept appointments for the designated day-off.

To ensure round-the-clock work availability, it is imperative to establish a working schedule spanning from 00:00 to 24:00.
