By incorporating this feature, you can provide your customers with the option to select additional services while making a reservation. For instance, they can choose to include medicines or self-care products that can aid in improving their health or enhance the effectiveness of the self-care service they received. The Extra Services feature can increase your sales by 5-25% without any hike in the prices of your services.
Setting up…
In order to configure this functionality, it is necessary to navigate to the service settings and choose the specific service for which we wish to enable the additional service. Once the service has been selected, the section dedicated to the extra service will become visible. Within this section, we input the details of the extra services, which can either be a service or a product. Upon saving all the modifications and configurations, this feature will be fully operational.
Customers have the choice to select the desired service during their appointment and can also choose additional services during the Service Extras stage. After completing the booking process, customers will receive both the main service and any additional services they have selected.
Ensure that you activate the Service Extras option by navigating to Settings > Front-end panels > Booking steps and saving the changes.
