Recurring appointments

Depending on the nature of your services, you have the option to allow your customers to schedule appointments for either a single day or multiple consecutive days using the Recurring Appointments feature. This feature provides flexibility and convenience for your customers, as they can choose the specific days that suit their needs when making appointments.

To provide a basic illustration, suppose you work as a yoga instructor and offer your services to clients on a weekly basis. Instead of requiring clients to schedule a new appointment each week, they can simply book a single appointment for upcoming weeks using the recurring Appointments feature. This feature is not limited to yoga services and can be utilized for any similar type of service.

In addition, there are numerous time intervals available for you to schedule appointments. Additionally, you have the flexibility to determine the duration of each appointment and the number of times it will be repeated. This eliminates the need to individually set up each appointment or repeat the same process for every appointment.

Additionally, your Google Calendar will automatically store any recurring appointments. In the event that a customer’s recurring appointment overlaps with another scheduled appointment, the system will automatically resolve the conflict.

Setting up…

To activate the recurring service feature, you can either add or modify a service. Within the Service Details section, you will locate the Recurring option. By enabling this option, you will gain access to additional settings, including the Payment option.

There are three distinct categories of recurring appointments available: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly. Each of these categories is visually represented differently on the booking panel. It is feasible to establish a Fixed full period and Fixed frequency for all three types of recurring appointments.

Daily recurring appointments

When selecting a daily recurring appointment, we specify the number of days for which the appointments will be repeated within the designated start and end times.

Weekly recurring appointments

If we choose to make an appointment recurring on a weekly basis, we have the ability to select the specific day of the week that the appointment will repeat between the designated start and end times.

Monthly recurring appointments

To schedule recurring appointments on a monthly basis, we can select specific days of the month within the designated start and end times. Only the chosen days will have appointments scheduled.

You may also request your customers to make a single payment for all appointments or to pay for each appointment individually.
