Payments
The comprehensive list of payments is available for your perusal. With the aid of user-friendly filters and search options, you can easily locate any payment you desire. Additionally, you have the option to arrange the payments in a column view through the ASC or DESC order for your convenience. In the event that a customer makes a payment during the booking process, the payment status will be displayed as Paid in a green color.
When customers choose the local payment option during the booking process, the payment status will be marked as Pending. In order for an employee to update the payment status, they must first locate the payment in the list, click on the three-dot icon at the end of the payment row, select the info button, and then edit the payment status accordingly.
To modify the payment status, simply select the EDIT button.
In the event that you receive the complete payment, you have the option to update your status as “Paid”. However, if you make a note of the payment amount, you can choose to keep the status as “Pending” until the remaining payment is received. Ultimately, the decision lies in your hands.
